Serena: 'It Was Embarrassing'
Serena Williams was dealt one of the most lopsided losses of her career on Wednesday against Simona Halep in Singapore, and afterwards, after giving full credit to the zoning Romanian, Williams didn’t mince words about her own performance, saying her serve was on the level of a 10-and-under division player (at best) and calling her performance “very embarrassing.”

But Williams is still very much in the WTA Finals, with a great chance to move on to the semifinals if she can take out Eugenie Bouchard in round-robin play on Friday.
