Fabio Fognini is at it again.

No stranger to controversy, the Italian found himself in the middle of another public meltdown after losing to World No. 533 Wang Chuhan, a Chinese player making his ATP World Tour debut, in the first round of the Shanghai Rolex Masters on Tuesday. The wildcard Wang won 7-6 (5), 6-4, handing Fognini his fifth loss in his last six matches.

After the two shook hands, Fognini proceeded to brush past Wang with his arm as they crossed paths, and gave the middle finger to the partisan crowd as he left the court.

Wang, who practiced with Fognini in Beijing last week, didn't address the controversy afterwards:

"When I was practicing with him before, I found he's more fast-paced than me," he said. "This match has really, most importantly, helped me get closer to this kind of feeling of competing with top-100 players. Hopefully, next time when I meet a top-100 player, I won't feel so nervous or feel that it's impossible to win."
