Belarusian captain Eduard Dubrou has selected 78th-ranked Aryna Sabalenka, Aliaksandra Sasnovich, 19-year-old Vera Lapko and Lidziya Marozava, the world's No. 69-ranked doubles player.

American captain Kathy Rinaldi named Shelby Rogers, Alison Riske, Stephens and Vandeweghe to the team that will play for a record-extending 18th Fed Cup championship.

The 12th-ranked Vandeweghe accounted for all three points in the United States' 3-2 victory over the Czech Republic in the semifinals staged on Har-Tru at Saddlebrook in April. Vandeweghe partnered Bethanie Mattek-Sands to clinch the semifinal win sending the Americans into their first final since 2010.

It will be Stephens' first World Group tie. The 13th-ranked Stephens has played four previous Fed Cup ties, three in the World Group playoffs and one in last season's World Group II.

Both Vandeweghe and Stephens are currently playing the WTA Elite Trophy Zhuhai tournament.

Sasnovich owns an 18-9 Fed Cup record, including five consecutive singles victories in the international team competition.
