David Goffin has qualified for the ATP World Tour Finals for the first time. The Belgian, who participated last year as an alternate, is the seventh player to reach the elite eight this season.

Goffin has gone 54-22 with two titles on the season. He will be a busy man in November as he is also the leader of the Belgian Davis Cup team, which will play for the title on Nov. 24-26 in Lille, France.

Four players still have a shot to qualify for the eighth and final London spot as of Thursday evening. Juan Martin del Potro, John Isner, Jack Sock and Roberto Bautista Agut. Del Potro can qualify with a semifinal in Paris, but only if one of the other three don’t win the title.
