France and Belgium have announced their lineups for next weekend’s Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Final at the Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille on 24-26 November.
And there are no surprises.
Both teams have named unchanged sides from their semifinal triumphs.
World No. 15 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, No. 18 Lucas Pouille and doubles experts Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut will form Yannick Noah’s team as the nine-time champions seek a first Davis Cup title since 2001.
Richard Gasquet and Julien Benneteau will also travel to Lille with the hosts as replacements.
There is ongoing concern about the health of Herbert, who was injured in practice at the World Tour Finals in London and forced to pull out of the competiton.
Belgium will send David Goffin, Steve Darcis, Ruben Bemelmans and Arthur De Greef as they bid to improve upon their 2015 runner-up performance at Davis Cup.
Belgium has not defeated France on French soil since 1952.
