The International Tennis Federation announced the draws for the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals and Play-offs during a draw ceremony in London on Wednesday.
2022 champions Switzerland will compete in Group A along with long-running tournament powerhouses Czechia and USA at the 2023 Finals in Seville, Spain. Last year’s runners-up, Australia, will take on Kazakhstan and Slovenia in Group B.

Group C will include five-time Billie Jean King Cup champions Spain alongside Canada and Poland, while Group D features 2019 winners France, Italy and Germany.
Group stage action takes place from November 7-10th.
The four group winners will advance to the semifinals, which will be played on Saturday, November 11th before the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup Final takes place on Sunday, November 12th.
The 2023 Billie Jean King Cup Playoffs draw also took place on Wednesday, with eight ties scheduled to take place on a home-and-away basis on either November 10-11th or November 11-12th.
Home nations will have choice of which dates to play.
