Roger Federer is celebrating fashion for the masses.
The Swiss superstar sports Wimbledon whites starring in a new spot for his clothing sponsor Uniqlo.
Federer's face is the first we see in a Uniqlo’s new brand campaign titled LifeWear: Made For All that debuted today and runs through mid July.
The 20-time Grand Slam champion is one of several longstanding Uniqlo ambassadors in the campaign including New York City artist Futura, Uniqlo artistic director Christophe Lemaire (Paris), Sweden’s table-tennis champ Anna-Carin Ahlquis, wrestler Alex Kessidis, the brand's Europe Director of Sustainability Maria Samoto Ledous and Milan store employee Djiba Kourapuma.
The brand’s campaign carries a simple message: Uniqlo creates quality clothing for all people in all situations.
“LifeWear’s mission goes beyond creating great and quality clothing,” Federer says. “It’s about improving the lives of all people all around the world.”
Eight-time Wimbledon Federer will be sharing more of his personal story on Uniqlo's LifeWear Stories site.
