A left abductor strain he suffered reaching the Lyon final has forced Felix Auger-Aliassime out of Roland Garros.
The 25th-seeded Canadian withdrew from Paris today less than 24 hours after bowing to Benoit Paire in the Lyon final.

Auger-Aliassime initially sustained the injury in his 2-6, 7-6 (3), 6-4 semifinal victory over top-seeded Nikoloz Basilashvili on Friday and aggravated the injury during the final.
The 18-year-old Canadian, who reached the Miami Open semifinals last month, joins American Sam Querrey and Australian Nick Kyrgios pulling out of Paris.
Former Wimbledon semifinalist Querrey withdrew today due to an abdominal injury. Kyrgios withdrew on Friday citing illness after stating Roland Garros "sucks compared to Wimbledon" in an Instagram video.
