This bit of comic relief in the form of a tennis blooper proved to be just a speed-bump/detour for Novak Djokovic, who defeated Kei Nishikori, 7-5, 6-4, to reach the second round of the Mutua Madrid Open on Monday.

Unfortunately for Djokovic it probably won’t be the last time we see one of these botched smashes. He’s developed quite a reputation for #DjokoSmash over the years. Just search Twitter and ye shall know.
