The 2024 Laver Cup will be contested at the Uber Arena in Berlin, September 20-22nd.
A year ago, Shelton won all three of his appearances at the 2023 Laver Cup.
On opening day, Shelton swept Frenchman Arthur Fils 7-6(4), 6-1 in singles.
Shelton partnered Felix Auger-Aliassime to a 7-5, 6-4 win over Hubert Hurkacz and Gael Monfils then joined forces with Frances Tiafoe for a 7-6(4), 7-6(5) doubles win over Andrey Rublev and Hurkacz.
Shelton's second straight Laver appearance comes in Team World captain John McEnroe's final Laver Cup competition.
Andre Agassi will succeed fellow former world No. 1 McEnroe as Team World captain and Yannik Noah will take over Bjorn Borg as Team Europe captain starting at the 2025 Laver Cup.
