Tennis is a non-contact sport—unless you're a ball kid in which case it can be a collision sport.
Such was the case in today's pulsating third-round marathon between Alexander Zverev and Damir Dzumhur.

In the fourth set, Dzumhur accidentally crashed into a ball boy as both were chasing a high stray ball.
The collision knocked the ball kid to the ground leaving the boy looking dazed.
A mortified Dzumhur called for help, hugged the ball kid, consoled him and eventually helped him to his feet.
The ball boy, shaken momentarily, fortunately was not injured and was on court when Zverev completed a three-hour, 54-minute victory to reach his first French Open fourth round.
We've seen pro tennis resemble a pain game at times with players inadvertently hitting ball kids and lines people on occasion.
