Lady Liberty serves up welcoming spirit in the official 2021 US Open poster art.
Artist Conrad Garner reimagines the Statue of Liberty armed with a racquet rather than her traditional torch as a monument to tennis' unifying power. The artwork can be seen as the iconic Statue of Liberty, who has welcomed immigrants to the United States, symbolically greeting fans returning to the US Open.

The Flushimg Meadows major is set to become the first Grand Slam since the pandemic to welcome full-capacity crowds for each session of play. Note Lady Liberty's eyes riveted on the ball suggesting the Statue has a serve as big as her reach.
The US Open poster art retails for $20 on USOpen.org, which also features the image emblazoned on t-shirts, coffee cups.
