Watch: Groth's Death Stare is a Snap



Sam Groth is a big man. And a mean man. And his death stare? Well, it’s pretty much flawless. But what the Aussie has proven to be a total ringer at is snapping a racquet in half. Watch as he makes mince-meat out of his Babolat frame during a doubles loss to top-seeded Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert today.

Groth, playing alongside Robert Lindstedt, ended up falling, 7-5, 3-6, 7-6(4), 6-3. Reportedly neither Herbert nor Mahut were hurt as a result of the stare.
