Dominika Cibulkova's inspired Wimbledon run may postpone her walk down the aisle.

The 27-year-old Slovak is scheduled to wed on Saturday, but could be playing for the Rosewater Dish rather than receiving wedding gifts.

More: Cibulkova Edges Radwanska In Manic Monday Thriller

The 19th-seeded Cibulkova fought off a match point edging third-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska, 6-3, 5-7, 9-7, to advance to her second career Wimbledon quarterfinal.

Afterward, the 2011 quarterfinalist said if she defeats Elena Vesnina tomorrow to reach the final four, then she will change the wedding date.

"If I would win tomorrow, then we will change it," Cibulkova said. "Then we will postpone it, yeah, because it will be a lot of rush. It's still really, really far, you know. I want to get a good rest and I just want to play well tomorrow."

The 2014 Australian Open finalist said she initially chose July 9th as her wedding date because she didn't regard herself as a Wimbledon contender.

"We chose this because I never saw myself as such a great grass court player, you know," Cibulkova said. "Yeah, but winning Eastbourne and now, being in a quarterfinals I would change my mind.  We say that, but it's no problem.  We can postpone it. But I'm still here and I'm playing my match tomorrow.  So I have to get really good rest today."

Riding a nine-match grass-court winning streak, Cibulkova faces a tough opponent in the unseeded Vesnina, who is a two-time Wimbledon doubles and mixed doubles finalist.

In an all-Russian fourth-rounder, Vesnina defeated Ekaterina Makarova, 5-7, 6-1, 9-7, a year after the pair partnered to reach the Wimbledon doubles final where they fell to Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza.

Vesnina beat Cibulkova in their lone grass-court clash at the 2009 Wimbledon. Cibulkova says if she reaches the final four it will be a dream come true, even if it means delaying her wedding for a week.

"If we would really have to postpone it, then it will be like dream come true, you know, because nothing better could happen to me, you know, to me in my tennis career," Cibulkova said. "It's no problem to postpone a wedding one week after, and it will be even more enjoyable."

Few players show the passion for celebration as the declarative "Pome!" yelling Cibulkova. In April, she celebrated her father Milan's birthday by winning the Katowice title, saying afterward "Today is my father's birthday so I think this is the best cake."
