Ana Ivanovic is reportedly working with former coach Nigel Sears, the man who coached her for two years from 2011 to 2013.
Unable to match the consistency that she achieved in a remarkable 2014, Ivanovic parted ways with coach Dejan Petrovic in the spring. She then partnered with Mats Merkel of the Adidas coaching team on a temporary basis and reached her first Grand Slam semifinal in seven years.
Ivanovic has been through three coaches in two years now. After sacking Sears in 2013, she began working with Nemanja Kontic. But she parted ways with Kontic midway through 2014 despite winning three titles in the first half of the season.
Ivanovic hired Petrovic in July of 2014 and continued her fine play, reaching the Cincinnati final and winning Tokyo and qualifying for the WTA Finals, where she went 2-1.
