One of the biggest surprises at the 2014 FIFA World Cup has been the run of Costa Rica, a team that few expected to even advance out of the group stage. The Costa Ricans were drawn in a group with England, Italy and Uruguay, but managed to come out on top of the group, allowing just one goal in three games to advance to the knockout rounds.

The key to the Costa Rican success has been goalkeeper Keylor Navas. Navas came up clutch for his team in the round of 16 match against Greece, as the game came down to penalties. He made two saves to put Costa Rica into the quarterfinals, where they'll play the Netherlands.

His training regime? Practice with Pablo Andujar. Andujar fired forehands at the keeper from 20 meters out, and Navas proved up to the task nearly every time.

Unfortunately for him, Andujar didn't look as fluid between the pipes when the roles were reversed!

We think you should stick to tennis, Pablo.
