Is anyone else eagerly awaiting this year's US Open Men's Final? I'm on the edge of my seat just thinking about the semis. With Novak Djokovic the new world number one, old faces like Rodger Federer's and Andy Murray's taking a back seat and my current favourite Nadal Rafael having to adjust his game, it's looking poised to be one of the most exciting US Open Finals of recent years. Anyone looking at the 2011 US Open tennis betting will know this.

There is something about the New York tournament that provides an extra level of drama and action finishing off the Grand Slam cycle very nicely indeed. Maybe it's the way I can see the tennis balls flying about with much greater clarity due to the way the camera can easily pick them out on the background of the court's blue DecoTurf. Maybe it's the knowledge embedded in each of the competitor's hearts and minds that this is the last chance to take glory or prove themselves worthy of a grand slam title. For some it may be the possibility of achieving a Grand Slam, a Career Grand Slam or even a Golden Grand slam however unlikely that may be. Fans of online tennis betting will certainly be excited by the tournament.

One thing is for sure this year's US Open will be no variation on those that have gone before. Providing enough crowed excitement to power the entire lighting rig of the entire Arthur Ashe Stadium, if only the technology had been invented to bring such a ridiculous idea to its conclusion, the US Open promises to be an absolutely mind-blowing showcase of the World's very best tennis player from August 13 right through to September 11. Bring it on.
