Ask Maria Sharapova about boos or drugs and you might get admonished.
Sharapova dropped nine straight games in a 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, Australian Open defeat to Aussie No. 1 Ash Barty on Sunday.

The former world No. 1 took a seven-minute bathroom break after losing the second set, while Barty waited out on court for the Russian's return.
Some fans booed Sharapova's tardy return. Asked about fan reaction afterward, Sharapova stared down the reporter asking prompting this exchange:
Sharapova: "What do you want me to say to that question?"
Journalist: "I don’t know. Just the truth, I guess."
Sharapova: "I think that’s a silly question to ask."
Of course, it's not the first time Sharapova has taken a controversial bathroom break.
The Russian embarked on a seven-minute bathroom break after the second set of her 6-4, 6-7 (5), 6-4, victory over Simona Halep in the 2014 Roland Garros final that annoyed several Halep fans.
Following her 2016 Australian Open quarterfinal loss to Serena Williams, Sharapova tested positive for the banned substance meldonium and served a 15-month doping ban. Since returning from the doping ban, Sharapova has managed just one major quarterfinal in six Slam appearances.
Asked if she's struggled physically since giving up meldonium, Sharapova shot back, "is there another question"
