Caroline Wozniacki hit one of the ugliest serves of the 2015 tennis season during the third set of her Auckland final with Venus Williams on Saturday (see Vine below).
For a moment, it looked like Williams was going to make a play on the ball, but then she realized it was heading for the back fence.
Wozniacki shrugged off the flub quickly, but she couldn’t recover to win the match. Williams took the title with a come-from-behind victory, 2-6, 6-3, 6-3.
