Second Serve

Feliciano Lopez and Nicolas Almagro did an admirable job of filling in for Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray at the Mubadala World Tennis Classic in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

Lopez won the set, 6-3, finishing his victory off with this improbably accurate serve, which knocked over Almagro’s racquet to clinch the set (correct us if we’re wrong, but we believe that Almagro’s racquet touching Lopez’s serve before it hits the ground automatically awards the point—and thus the set—to Lopez).

Either way you slice it, the shot was certainly awesome enough to put a smile on the face of any fan who might have been suffering from disappointment from not getting the Djokovic-Murray final that had been expected until Djokovic pulled out with the flu.
