It was a good day on the court for Andrey Rublev. And a good day off the court for one of his fans. After his 7-5, 6-4 victory over Lucas Pouille, Rublev nearly left this young fan disappointed, but when he realized that the young man was waiting for an autograph he quickly responded and made the young man’s day. Judging from the boy’s mannerisms after he got his autograph and selfie, Rublev’s efforts were very much appreciated.
Rublev will face Damir Dzumhur in second-round action at Rotterdam.
