Nineteen-year-old Ryan Harrison moved into his third career ATP Tour Singles Semifinal yesterday by defeating Dimitar Kutrovsky, 6-1, 6-4, at the SAP Open in San Jose, California.

Harrison reached back-to-back singles semifinals in 2011 in Atlanta and Los Angeles. He saved two match points in his previous match Thursday night in San Jose against former world #15, Robby Ginepri, before pulling through with the win, 6-3, 2-6, 7-6(0).
