Stars are bringing tennis back to Hong Kong for the New Year.

Andrey Rublev, Frances Tiafoe, Karen Khachanov and Marin Cilic are among the stars committed to the Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open set for December 31-January 7th at Victoria Park Tennis Stadium.

Hometown hero Coleman Wong, rising mainland star Shang Juncheng, and Top 50-ranked player Mackenzie McDonald have also signed on for the ATP 250 event, which marks the return of ATP tennis to Hong Kong for the first time in 21 years.

“I am looking forward to playing at the Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open 2024 and helping to bring back ATP Tour excitement to the city for the first time since the early 2000s," Khachanov said. "The support for tennis in this part of the world is incredible, and I hope the fans will come out and support me as I chase my second title in the Greater Bay Area after Zhuhai in September.”

With a giant screen broadcasting the live centre court action, prizes and giveaways, tennis themed games and activities, a mini-tennis court, shopping and more, the village is the place to be for tennis fans and the general public alike, and a great spot to ring in 2024 with a ball.

Throughout the tournament, fans can enjoy photo ops and interactive tennis games at BOCHK’s booth in the village. ATP star players will also visit the booth during the week to meet and sign autographs for fans, allowing the public to cheer on the stars in person.

With local star Coleman Wong already announced in the field, the village will also serve as a rallying point for fans to cheer on their hometown heroes in the Hong Kong Booth. The booth also features Hong Kong themed souvenirs and merchandise, and even art exhibits sharing the unique and vibrant culture of the city with residents and tourists from around the world.

The official Instagram account—Hong Kong Men’s Tennis Open—is running an AR Filter giveaway campaign to warm up for the event with ticket giveaways to BOCHKTO 2024 and other great prizes. A promotional campaign will also be organised by BOCHK, allowing the public to check in, play games and celebrate the event’s theme “Tennis Connects Us”.

Tickets for BOCHKTO 2024 can be purchased online at www.hkticketing.com with prices ranging from HK$240 to HK$1460. Fans can purchase tickets using a BOC Credit Card or BoC Pay mobile payment application to receive a 25% discount off all tickets through the end of the tournament.
