Second Serve

Really? You let the guy go because he says he kissed a girl? The point of the rules are to keep the game clean, and Richard Gasquet clearly broke the rules when he tested positive for cocaine in his system.

So I don't see what the problem is here? Players need to be held responsible for their actions, and Gasquet shouldn't have been at the club anyways if he was "injured" or so he claims he was, the reason he pulled out of the Sony Ericsson Open, yet that same night he's at the club with his tongue down some female clubgoer's throat who'd apparently been doing cocaine.

Though the amount found in his system was less than Martina Hingis (and she got suspended for two years) and the total amount the US Army wouldn't even consider positive.

But still, if you let Gasquet go, you gotta let Hingis off too since she had less in her system than Gasquet had in his.

Let me know what you think, I solely believe if you've broken the rules, you need to be punished.
