The Cincinnati semifinals will host a rematch of the Wimbledon final.
A streaking Andy Murray continued his mastery of Bernard Tomic, scoring a 6-4, 6-4, victory to extend his career-best winning streak to 21 matches. Murray raised his record to 5-0 against Tomic, winning all 12 sets they've played.

Murray, who scored his 600th win last night, has now won 32 of his last 33 matches.
"I think the conditions here help a little bit," Murray told ESPN's Darren Cahill afterward. "It's obviously pretty quick so there's not so many long rallies.
"When the opportunities came, I took them. When I was behind in my own service games I served well and I played the big points well tonight."
The top seed at a Masters for the first time in his career, Murray will take on Milos Raonic for a place in the final. The match is a rematch of the Wimbledon final, which Murray won.
The fourth-seeded Raonic ripped 17 aces, won 29 of 31 points played on his first serve and did not face a break point dismissing eighth-seeded Dominic Thiem, 6-3, 6-4, in 68 minutes.
"Obviously going to be some things I am going to want to do better than I did about a month ago, but there are going to be some things I'm going to take away and try to execute a little bit better and use that I did well," Raonic said of his rematch with Murray. "I think there are a lot of discussions that we've had with my team about situations in that final that I could have dealt with better. I'm definitely going to try to enforce those things, because these are the moments that I can really work on those things, incorporate those things, and hopefully overcome those things."
Murray has won seven of 10 meetings with Raonic, including six in a row.
"He's got one of the biggest serves in the game," Murray said. "The court is playing quick here so it's not going to be easy."
Playing to reach his first Masters semifinal, Tomic is not nearly as quick around the court as Murray and was tested in running rallies.
Murray broke for 3-2 and slashed a 125 mph ace extending to 4-2.
Serving for a one-set lead, Murray denied a break point with a beautiful running forehand lob, eventually seizing a one-set lead.
Tomic flattened a forehand into net as Murray broke for a 5-4 second set lead. He banged a pair of aces closing in one hour, 18 minutes. Tomic dropped to 0-17 vs. Top 4-ranked opponents.
