Daria Kasatkina and Sara Errani engaged in an epic Rio rally that threatened to last until closing ceremonies.

Watch the pair grind through this moving adventure that pops with a drop shot, lob, a line-clipping shot Errani thought landed out (the Rio outer courts are not equipped with the Hawk-Eye line-calling technology) and a minute of unerring baseline play.
The point came at a critical stage with former French Open finalist Errani serving at 5-6.
Errani won this baseline battle, the 19-year-old Kasatkina won the match, 7-5, 6-2, and will play seventh-seeded Madison Keys for a semifinal spot.
