The Lawn Tennis Association had hoped to stage the upcoming Australia v. Great Britain Davis Cup semifinal in Manchester, England. Yet the popular English indie band Florence and The Machine already have a scheduled tour stop there during the weekend of September 18th to the 20th.

According to the BBC, the band's agent was unwilling to change the band's already scheduled date in the Manchester arena. Thus, the LTA is now looking at Glasgow, Scotland as the site of the tie.

The LTA has until next Wednesday to confirm the actual arena location in Glasgow. It's expected to be held at the Emirates Arena where Great Britain defeated the United States earlier this year.

Great Britain, after defeating France in the quarterfinals a few weeks ago, entered the Davis Cup semifinals for the first time since 1981.

Murray himself is playing this week at the Citi Open in Washington, D.C.
