Alexander Bublik will not face a fine for his Monte-Carlo retirement.

Bublik pulled the plug after dropping serve to fall behind 3-4 in the third set vs. Pablo Carreno Busta, who prevailed 4-6, 7-6(3), 4-3, retired.

Alcaraz: Defeat is Not Death

The ATP said Montpellier champion Bublik suffered a shoulder injury, had a legitimate reason to retire and therefore won't face any sanction.
