Novak Djokovic has been spotted in a training session with ex-coach Marian Vajda in Marbella, Spain.
More: Parting Ways with Agassi a Necessary Step for Djokovic
It is not known whether Djokovic plans to hire Vajda for a second run, but now that the Serb has recently parted ways with Andre Agassi and Radek Stepanek, there is certainly the potential for this rendezvous to be more than a trial.
Djokovic split with Vajda, as well as fitness coach Gebhard Phil Gritsch and physiotherapist Miljan Amanovic last year after Monte-Carlo.
"It was not an easy decision, but we all felt that we need a change,"
Djokovic said at the time. Vajda started working with Djokovic in 2006. We’ll be eagerly awaiting more information on the pair’s potential reunification in the days to come. Djokovic is slated to play the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters next week to open his clay season.
