Richard Gasquet stands alone among his compatriots. The 31-year-old notched his 500th ATP victory to become the first Frenchman to claim 500 Open Era wins on Thursday with a straight-sets win over Mischa Zverev.

The Frenchman is one of just eight active player to have won over 500 ATP matches. He joins Roger Federer (1149), Rafael Nadal (881), Novak Djokovic (788), David Ferrer (724), Andy Murray (655), Tomas Berdych (626) and Tommy Robredo (533) on the list.

Gasquet will face No.3-seeded Alexander Zverev in the quarterfinals on Friday. He won his first ATP win at Monte-Carlo as well, 16 years ago.
