Looking for a tennis racquet that reduces strain on your wrists and elbows?

The Curvstar Racket might be just what you're looking for.

True to its name, the Curvstar does not follow the traditional straight-necked design of the average tennis racquet, but takes on ergonomic tendencies like chairs and keyboards of the same design to reduce the tension put on your wrist and elbow while you play.

According to its designers, not only does the Curvstar excel ergonomically, but it also has a bigger sweet spot than a traditional racquet, and a curved frame that reduces vibrations on each hit.

The racquet is the brainchild of Manuela Emmrich, daughter of former German tennis great Thomas Emmrich, who won 47 German Democratic Republic titles between 1970-1988.

The Curvstar has received a patent and approval for use from the International Tennis Federation. Thomas Emmrich recently won the European Doubles Championship with a prototype.
