The Argentinean’s thrice surgically repaired left wrist took the brunt of a fall and he needed several minutes with trainers courtside before returning to action.Del Potro won the match, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 over Victor Troicki of Serbia to set up a semifinal wth Roger Federer.Afterwards a wary Del Potro told media that he planned to get an MRI and was hoping for the best.“I felt something wrong in that moment,” he said. “But I continued to play, just playing slices, but now it’s time to see what the MRI says and also what the doctor says.
