Muguruza Talks Wimbledon with Chelsea

Spain’s Garbiñe Muguruza is still making her post-Wimbledon rounds. This week the World No.4 stopped by the Chelsea show to talk about her latest major title, what the exchange was like between herself and Venus Williams after she won Wimbledon, and how she celebrated her victory.Friday Tweets: Kei's Kids, Svitolina's Blessed Handler keeps it light, telling Muguruza that she needs to get out and party. “You won Wimbledon,” she tells her. “You have to go out and celebrate.”Muguruza counters by explaining her reason for laying low. “I went to a Spanish restaurant to have some fun,” she said. “But you know what? I was exhausted. I did so many interviews, the match, the tension. … I was like ‘Don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.’”Muguruza also presents Handler with an Adidas kit, a replica of the kit she wore in Wimbledon, to which Handler replies “This is so something I’d wear,” as she rolls her eyes. ]]>
