Garbine Muguruza is Pregnant

Garbine Muguruza shared some joyous news.
The former world No. 1 is pregnant and expecting her first child.
The 31-year-old Muguruza, who celebrates her 32nd birthday on October 8th, shared the happy news in an Instagram post.
Posting a photo of herself in the early stages of pregnancy, Muguruza captioned the post “Familia” with a pair of red hearts.
Several WTA stars, including No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka and Caroline Garcia posted congratulations on Instagram.
The announcement comes nearly a year to the day after Muguruza wed Arthur Borges in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Marbella, Spain on Saturday, October 5th, 2024.
Muguruza met Borges by chance when walking through New York City’s Central Park in the summer of 2021. The pair shared an immediate connection with Muguruza captioning her wedding post “You had me at hello.”
