Andy Murray Takes Wild Card into Next Week’s Paris Masters

The Scot will carry a winning streak into Paris – he won the event in 2016 on his last appearance, defeating John Isner in the final for what was then his 19th consecutive victory. Murray owns a 21-9 lifetime record in Bercy.He hopes to pick up some much-needed ranking points and momentum as the 2021 season winds down. Murray earned his first Top-10 victory of the year this week in Vienna but fell to Carlos Alcaraz in the second round to fall to 13-12 on the season. The Scot has yet to reach an ATP-level semifinal in 2021. ]]>
