ATP Names Sano as Chief Business Officer

The ATP has hired a new Chief Business Officer.Daniele Sano has been appointed as Chief Business Officer. The 44-year-old Sano will assume his new post on December 1st.Zverev: You Won't Wipe the Smile Off My FaceSano will oversee all Commercial Partnerships, Global Sales, Marketing, PR and Business Development operations for the ATP. His experience across media sales, sports marketing and business development includes senior management and advisory roles with top properties in different sports.Sano previously worked for football club AS Roma, the Superbike World Championship and sports marketing agency WWP Group, overseeing areas such as sponsorship acquisition and activation, strategy development and implementation.“The ATP is one of the most exciting sports properties in the world, and one with very promising business upside," Sano said in a statement.
