Japan was crowned Junior Davis Cup champion for the first time in its history as it defeated Canada 2-0 in the final.
Russia's girls retained their Junior Fed Cup by BNP Paribas title by beating China 2-1. France claimed the bronze medal in the boys' event, while Ukraine took third place among the girls.
