18-year-old Hyeon Chung notched his first ATP-level win on Wednesday with an upset of Marcel Granollers.

Former Wimbledon Junior Finalist and current world No. 121 Hyeon Chung notched his first tour-level victory on Wednesday at the Miami Open, taking down Spain’s Marcel Granollers, 6-0, 4-6, 6-4, to set up a second-round encounter with Tomas Berdych.

Chung, who missed qualifying for this year’s Australian Open by one match, already has a Challenger title, final and two semifinals to his name this season.

The bespectacled South Korean boasts a strong backhand and exceptional quickness. According to ATPWorldtour.com, his idol is world No. 1 Novak Djokovic. In true Djokovic form, Chung earned 10 break points and broke the world No. 50 Granoller’s serve five times on Wednesday.

In other first-round action at the Miami Open, Dominic Thiem defeated Diego Schwartzman, 7-6(0), 7-5, Jack Sock defeated Go Soeda, 6-3, 6-4 and Carlos Berlocq defeated Thanasi Kokkinakis, 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.
