Dutch wild card Robin Haase topped Ivo Karlovic, 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (3), to reach the Topshelf Open semifinals for the first time.

Ivo Karlovic cracked 24 aces, but Robin Haase refused to crack.
The Dutch wild card hit 10 aces and saved all eight break points he faced toppling the towering Croat 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (3) to reach the Topshelf Open semifinals for the first time in eight appearances.

The 83rd-ranked Haase will face Nicolas Mahut for a spot in the 's-Hertogenbosch final.
In an all-French quarterfinal, qualifier Mahut hit nine aces and needed just 64 minutes to dismiss sixth-seeded Adrian Mannarino.
Saturday's second semifinal pits Gilles Muller against David Goffin.
The left-handed Muller did not face a break point in a 7-6 (4), 6-1 triumph over Marius Copil.
No. 2 seed Goffin hit 16 aces and saved eight of nine break points rallying for a 4-6, 7-6 (3), 6-2 victory over qualifier Illya Marchenko.
