Mike and Bob Bryan avenged a loss to Jack Sock and Vasek Pospisil at Indian Wells, by denying their sudden rivals the Indian Wells-Miami title, 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 in Saturday’s men’s doubles final.

The victory gives the Bryans their 4th Miami title as well as their 33rd Masters 1000 title and their 105th as a team.
Remarkably, the California kids have now won four or more titles at 15 events:
“It meant a lot,” said Mike Bryan after the match. “Hasn't been the greatest way to start the year, but to win here in Miami, a Masters 1000, a tournament we consider one of the biggest tournaments outside of the slams against a team that's been really hot and played us tough over the last year, it did really mean a lot.”
After dropping the second set the Bryans raced out to a 5-0 lead in the match tiebreak, but suddenly found themselves deadlocked at eight after a furious comeback from Sock and Pospisil. But Sock failed to convert a makeable forehand from the mid-court, pushing it just a bit long to give the Bryans the only match point they would need.
To his credit, Sock was more than happy to take the blame. “Had a good fight back, and I definitely messed up at 8 All. Chalk this one up on me,” he said.
He added: “It was a good two weeks—three, four weeks actually with Indian Wells. Yeah, regroup and then Madrid.”
The Bryans, who are the only doubles team in history to owns two more titles at all the four majors, admit that they can feel a budding rivalry with Sock and Pospisil. “We've played teams as much as 20 times, 25 times, so the rivalry is young,” Bob Bryan said. “But if we keep meeting in finals... They're going to be seeded No. 2 now with those big results. When we meet it'll be in big matches, and that can only add to a nice rivalry.”
