That super-fly pink tote that Reilly Opelka likes to carry on court with him cost the American $10,000 of his heard-earned US Open prize money.
The American has been busted for having logos that are too large on his bag, per reports.
“US Open ticket sales must be strugglin this year,” Opelka tweeted. “10k for a pink bag, at least it looked fly.”
Hopefully Opelka’s deal with the Tim Van Laere Gallery pays him more than 10k… In total $42,000 in fines have been levied against men at the US Open, and $9,500 against the women.
