Second Serve

It was a strange way to celebrate a victory—and that’s why we liked it. Grigor Dimitrov opts out of the status quo hug after defeating Jeremy Chardy in five sets and instead goes in for the double cheek kiss. Chardy was game, and the whole exchange went down without a hitch.

After the kisses with Chardy, Dimitrov waved to the crowed and kissed his own legs. It was an ode to wheels, which Dimitrov has in spades.

The Bulgarian moves into the third round and will face Joao Sousa next.
