Camila Giorgi and Dayana Yastremska reached career-high rankings on Monday on the backs of their titles, earned in Linz and Hong Kong, respectively.

Giorgi won her second career title and rises from No.32 to No.28 in the WTA rankings after defeating Ekaterina Alexandrova in the final, 6-3, 6-1.

The Italian finished last season at No.79 in the world but has enjoyed a fantastic 2018, going 33-20 and reaching her first Grand Slam quarterfinal at Wimbledon.

Yastremska powered to the Hong Kong title and became the second youngest WTA player to earn a title on tour this season. The Ukrainian jumps 36 spots in the rankings to No.66 in the world. Earlier this season Yastremska became the first player born in the 2000s to climb inside the Top 100.

Other risers in today’s rankings include Katie Boulter, who makes her Top 100 debut, jumping from 101 to 96 after a quarterfinal in Tianjin, and Ekaterina Alexandrova, who rises 32 spots to No.87 after reaching the aforementioned Linz final.

Tianjin champion Caroline Garcia climbed four spots to No.12 in the world, and Andrea Petkovic rose 15 spots to No.67, her high for the season.
