Thanasi Kokkinakis tried to take a page from the Gael Monfils playbook but executing a classic “fake and bake” against his compatriot Bernard Tomic. But the plan fell apart when Kokkinakis took this wicked tumble. OUCH!
Still the young Aussie has proven to be as clutch as they come in this match. Despite a gash on the side of his abdomen, he has rallied to force a decider then saved three match points to battle back from 5-2 down in the fifth vs. Tomic.
