Andy Murray is playing for much more than wins this season.
The former world No. 1 is playing for a greater cause: Children of Ukraine.

Two-time Olympic gold-medal champion Murray announced on Twitter he will donate his prize money for the rest of the 2022 season to the children of Ukraine who have been impacted by Russia's invasion of the nation.
"Over 7.5 million children are at risk with the escalating conflict in Ukraine, so I'm working with UNICEF UK to help provide urgent medical supplies and early childhood development kids," Murray posted. "It’s vital education continues, so UNICEF is working to enable access to learning for displaced children, as well as supporting the rehabilitation of damaged schools, together with replacement equipment and furniture."
The three-time Grand Slam winner is an ambassador for UNICEF UK.

The seven governing bodies of the game—ATP, WTA, ITF and the four Grand Slam tournaments—have united in a new initiative to aid the humanitarian relief effort in war-ravaged Ukraine. They will make a joint charitable donation of $700,000 in aid of humanitarian relief and to support the Ukraine Tennis Federation.
