Novak Djokovic has dropped out of the ATP’s Top 3 for the first time since November of 2009, and Rafael Nadal has returned to the Top 2 for the first time since 2014. Djokovic's run of 325 weeks in the Top 2 has now ended.

It’s been that type of season on the ATP Tour, one that has seen Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal take the season’s first two Grand Slam titles while Andy Murray and Djokovic have struggled to locate their sweet spots.

If Nadal can pick up some points on grass this summer he can make up more ground on Murray as the race to No.1 heats up this summer. The Scotsman is defending a title at Queen’s Club and at Wimbledon, while Nadal has zero points to defend on grass.

Stan Wawrinka comes in at No.3 in this week’s rankings, while Roger Federer comes in at No.5.

Russia’s Karen Khachanov rises from No.53 to a career-high ranking of No.39 in the world on the heels of his round of 16 results in Paris, while Kevin Anderson rises 19 spots to No.37 after also reaching the round of 16 at Roland Garros.

Outside of the Top 50, Argentina’s Nicolas Kicker reached a career-high of No.78 while American Tennys Sandgren makes his Top 100 debut at No.100.
