Roger Federer hit the high notes in his Australian Open third-round win over Tomas Berdych.

The Maestro made memorable music off court in Melbourne, too.

Watch: Dimitrov Dismisses Gasquet

Federer joined good buddies Tommy Haas and Grigor Dimitrov forming the ultimate tennis boy band for this rousing rendition of a Chicago classic.

Accompanied by composer David Foster, Haas' father-in-law, the trio of former Top 10 players belt out Chicago's "Hard To Say I'm Sorry."

The Grand Slam king posted the performance on instagram, noting "We're starting a boy band #NOTINSYNC."

We like what we're hearing from the one-handed backhand boy band.

We think these guys have a future beyond karaoke covers and a future opening up for Il Volo.

With both Federer and Dimitrov playing for quarterfinal spots Down Under, perhaps the band will reconvene to sing Queen's "We Are The Champions" should either band member capture the Australian Open crown.

We're requesting the boys collaborate with karaoke queen and sometime Beyonce backing dancer Serena Williams for a rendition of the Gladys Knight and the Pips classic "Midnight Train To Georgia."
