World No. 1 Novak Djokovic and 14-time major champion Rafael Nadal could meet in the quarterfinals of the US Open, the draw revealed on Thursday afternoon in New York.

If they meet it would be the second time that Djokovic and Nadal have faced each other at the quarterfinals at a major this season. The Serb took their previous meeting, 7-5, 6-3, 6-1, at Roland Garros this spring.
