Serena Williams won her Open-era record 23rd Grand Slam title while eight weeks pregnant.
Today, Williams celebrated her return to the world No. 1 ranking penning a tribute post to her baby, whom the mom-to-be lovingly calls "the world's youngest number one."

The 35-year-old Serena, who is pregnant and expecting her first child in September, turned her return to the top into a family celebration with this Instagram post.
"My Dearest Baby, You gave me the strength I didn’t know I had. You taught me the true meaning of serenity and peace," Serena wrote. "I can't wait to meet you. I can't wait for you to join the players box next year. "But most importantly, I am so happy to share being number one in the world with you.... once again today.

Serena shared the moment with her fiancé, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, who celebrates his 34th birthday today.
