You don’t need to be inside the Top 400 to pull off a ridiculous hot shot. 21-year-old Northern California native Mackenzie MacDonald proves that when he hits this amazing scoop lob over the head of Italian Salvatore Caruso and finishes the point off with a winner on the next shot.

World No. 420 MacDonald didn’t just hit crazy shots on Thursday in Tiburon. He also won the match 7-6(3), 6-2, to set up a quarterfinal with No. 4-seeded American Frances Tiafoe.
